0044VAULT is a multi-brand streetwear stockist operating from London, United Kingdom. Company registration and VAT details: TBC.
The site
We try to keep product information, pricing, and stock accurate, but errors and omissions happen. We may correct, update, or withdraw content at any time without notice.
How we operate
We work as a stockist for the studios we list. Some pieces are held by us; others are dispatched directly from the studio that produces them. This is reflected in shipping times and in the fact that orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we can decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Customs and duties on international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is taken at checkout via the providers shown — we don’t store card details ourselves.
Delivery, returns & consumer rights
Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy and returns in our Returns policy. UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, on top of any rights for faulty goods.
Liability
We’re liable for foreseeable losses caused by us breaking these terms. We’re not liable for unforeseeable losses, business losses, or anything caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Intellectual property
All content on 0044vault.com — wordmark, layouts, copy, and imagery — is owned by us or our suppliers. Don’t reuse it without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one live on the site at the time you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
