We ship worldwide from the studios we stock. Most pieces are dispatched directly by the brand that makes them, which keeps things lean and means a couple of caveats up front.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Some pieces ship from outside the UK — allow up to 5 working days before dispatch on those.

Transit times (after dispatch)

• United Kingdom — 4–7 working days
• European Union — 5–10 working days
• Rest of world — 7–21 working days

Multiple parcels

If your order contains pieces from more than one studio, expect them to arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. We don’t combine shipments.

Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free standard UK shipping on orders over £150.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when each parcel leaves the studio. The courier’s updates are faster than ours — follow the link.

Customs & duties

Orders shipping outside the UK may incur import duty, VAT, or handling fees on arrival. These are charged by the destination country, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed

If a parcel hasn’t moved for 7 working days, email contact@0044vault.com with your order number and we’ll chase it.
