You can return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email contact@0044vault.com with your order number and which pieces you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions and the right address — because we work with multiple studios, the return address depends on what you’re sending back.

Condition

Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Anything that’s been worn, washed, or shows signs of use is not eligible.

Return shipping

Customers cover return postage unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We strongly recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it’s still your responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. Allow another 3–5 working days for it to land in your account.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the original piece for refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Final sale

Pieces marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund including shipping.
